If you do not have access to a car there are several options for getting to the conference location from your hotel

The easiest way to get to campus from local hotels is using a car-share service such as Uber or Lyft.

Your hotel will also be able to provide information on how to walk to campus or take one of the local buses.

All of the in-person sessions between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm during the conference will be hybrid, meaning participants will be joining both in-person and virtually. Each room will be equipped with a computer, screen, and 360 viewer so that in-person and virtual participants can interact during these sessions.
We will have a professional technician and five student assistants (one in each room) available throughout the conference to assist with any technical
difficulties or glitches.
